Trilogy’s Talent Accelerator Program ensures that incoming tech talent has the skills you need by managing their training from start to finish. Trilogy provides 240 hours of instruction, plus all the out-of-class resources needed to become full stack developers or data scientists. The Talent Accelerator Program incorporates projects that get “real work” done and includes onboarding and core values to ensure that employees are acculturated and ready to work Day 1.

Upskill Existing Employees

 

For existing employees whose roles requiring a greater degree of technical fluency, the Tech Essentials programs, available in Coding on Data Science, create more productive and self-sufficient team members. Trilogy provides 42 hours of classroom instruction, and 70 hours of outside class activities, lectures, and homework to create employees who can “talk tech” and communicate better with technical stakeholders both inside and outside the company.

Trilogy Education works with employers to identify skill gaps and configure training solutions that meet business needs. All classes are instructor-led, with flexible options including part-time, full time, and online classes to help learners balance personal, professional, and academic demands.

Web Development

The Web Development program combines front-end, back-end, and big-picture training to students. The rigorous and fast-paced program covers both theory and application, and exposes students to both individual and group-based challenges in order to teach the importance of teamwork. Areas of focus include browser-based technology, databases, server-side deployment, quality assurance and testing, deployment, and more.

Data Analytics & Visualization

The Data Analytics and Visualization program provides students with the knowledge, skills, and expertise to turn Big Data into Big Answers. Starting with Microsoft Excel⎼and advancing through Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, API Interactions, Social Media Mining, SQL, Hadoop, Tableau, Advanced Statistics, Machine Learning, R, Git/GitHub, and more⎼students work their way through the industry’s most popular programming languages, software, and libraries in data analytics.

UX/UI

As the Digital Transformation drives the integration of technology into nearly every aspect of life, companies require individuals to create compelling front-end experience that are elegant, intuitive, and that achieve their intended goals. Students complete “real world” design projects and receive in-depth training on design thinking and the toolsets of the modern day UI-UX designer. By the end of the program, students can build engaging, user-centric designs using concrete skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, visual design, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.

Cybersecurity

The Cybersecurity and Networking program equips students with the fundamentals of IT networking and modern information security. Throughout the programs, students gain experience with a host of tools such as Wireshark, Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and more. Students also receive training towards certifications such as the Security+, Network+, and CISSP, which greatly enhances desirability and employability in today’s job market.
