Committed to workforce development and training and hiring for the jobs of tomorrow, Salesforce was looking for a way to utilize their solution engineers to make its sales process more efficient and to increase sales.
In partnership with Columbia University, Salesforce co-marketed a “Fundamentals of Full Stack Web Development” Essentials boot camp, which focused on front-end web development and server-side technologies as well as Salesforce API integrations.
The program received a Net Promoter Score of 75 (on a scale of -100 to 100) when graduates were asked how likely is it that they would recommend the program, which upskilled them to have more technical and impactful conversations with customers.
