ThreeBridge Solutions, in partnership with Trilogy Education, is helping job seekers achieve great success in the Minneapolis tech community. Since 2018, ThreeBridge Solutions has helped six students from the program at University of Minnesota maximize their talent. With Boom Lab, their talent development program, they combine three core services — Talent, Training, and Advice — into client-specific solutions using a managed partnership model that reduces risk, effort, and cost for clients.
Boom Lab is ThreeBridge’s fastest-growing solution because companies don’t typically hire or train directly into project delivery positions. With the help of dedicated project delivery training and mentorship, Boom Lab is building the next generation of consultants by hiring talented professionals and providing them with all of the training and tools needed to cultivate successful, long-term consulting careers.
