Trilogy Education Services announces today partnerships with leading Canadian and Mexican universities as the company expands globally. Trilogy is launching 24-week coding boot camps together with University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies (SCS) in Canada and Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico, with classes to begin in early 2018. With the addition of these international partners, Trilogy has also announced that Diane Morgan has joined the Trilogy Executive Team as Global Managing Director, where she will oversee Trilogy’s international expansion efforts. Morgan will be based in Trilogy’s London office.
“We believe skills-based training is a requirement for the success in the digital economy, not just in the United States, but throughout the world,” said Dan Sommer, CEO and Founder of Trilogy. “Through our partnerships with over 25 leading universities, we have seen that universities play a crucial role in job training and workforce acceleration throughout local economies. We are very excited to begin our global expansion to University of Toronto SCS and Tecnológico de Monterrey. Under Diane’s leadership, we look forward to working with the more forward-thinking universities throughout the world.”
Morgan is a global business executive with expertise at scaling new high-growth divisions at universities and multinational companies. She joins Trilogy from Imperial College London, where she was the Associate Dean of Programmes and led the learning and commercial units of the business school. Prior to Imperial she was Associate Dean at London Business School, which she joined after leading education marketing and business development units at The New York Times and The Washington Post. Morgan is a board member of the Forte Foundation where she serves as Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee and leads the Global Women on Boards initiative.
“The skills gap is global in scope but local in its effect. Trilogy’s skills-based training programs address a worldwide challenge for both students and employers, and I am thrilled to be leading the company’s expansion into new markets,” said Morgan.
In addition to web development, Trilogy has recently expanded to include programs in Data Analytics & Visualization as well as User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Design.
